The Elf cake was taken from an awesome idea found on a fellow decorators website to be used as a 50th birthday cake. The Elves were a blast to make and actually quite simple! I will definitely be making this one again soon.

Eiffel Tower Cake
This cake was for an engagement party with a Paris theme. In this case, the Eiffel Tower was constructed completely of sugar and edible which was a very interesting task! The cake is red with small ruffles and a fondant plaque celebrating the wonderful couple.

Snowmen Treats
These snowmen were put on some fun Christmas cookie plates however with its durable white chocolate shell, it is great for simple kitchen decorations (not to be eatten after display of course). Although they do take some time to assemble these adorable little snowmen are so much fun and a great way to get children in the kitchen during the holidays!

Daisy Cake
This simple cake was a birthday cake for a friend and had a basic yellow cake with rich chocolate icing. The cake was topped with fresh gerber daisies and a simiple ribbon wrapping the bottom of the cake to bring out the bright colors. The cake was absolutely delicious and was a great hit with the friends!

FIFA World Cup Soccer Cake
These cakes were made for my little brother's birthday which happened to fall when the FIFA World Cup was going on in Africa. Michael and his friends were very into the games and it seemed fitting to create these cakes for his birthday and the USA vs. Guana match. It was a blast to create and tasted delicious; I will definately be doing another cake set like this soon.

Black and White Scroll Cake
I designed this cake for my Mother's surprise 50th birthday party. The drawing is of what the intend cake was to look like, but after getting everything ready for the party and traveling to our house, I ended up running very short on time and patience and finally gave into the fact that the drawing was unrealistic for the event's time. So the cake in the picture is what was actually presented at the party along with heavy hor'dours and mini red velvet, chocolate, and french vanilla cake bites. The party was a blast and the cake ended up fine, however I still hope to make the cake designed in the drawing one day!
